At S2i2, we’re proud to have team members whose dedication extends far beyond the workplace. This month, we’re excited to spotlight Nicolas, an Enterprise Architect whose talents and passions inspire us all.
Nicolas is an honorably discharged veteran with 28 years of IT experience. His background includes system engineering, administration, infrastructure management, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and more. He has worked across Windows, Linux, and UNIX environments and is valued for his technical knowledge, work ethic, and problem-solving skills.
Nicolas’s journey through complex datacenter and infrastructure design has made him a cornerstone of our technical team. His natural intelligence and curiosity fuel his passion for IT systems, networks, cloud computing, and software solutions. He also communicates and collaborates effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Outside of work, Nicolas brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to his interests. He is a singer and guitarist and often leads the front-of-house at his church. As a skilled sound engineer and producer, he primarily works with Ardour and Harrison Mixbus, regularly contributing to their development and beta testing software and hardware for various companies. His passion extends to motorsports, where he enjoys F1, GT racing, and participating in track days.
When asked what he values most about S2i2, Nicolas says: “I enjoy the whole team at S2i2, many of whom I’ve worked with for over 10 years. S2i2 is my family!”
